Site Engineer

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in residential/commercial construction projects.

Strong understanding of structural drawings and site execution.

Ability to manage daily site operations and contractor coordination.

Should be eager to learn and collaborate effectively with others.
Sales Executive

Minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related industry.

Degree or above in any discipline.

Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of real estate sales, property market, and customer engagement.

Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.

Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites, client meetings, and other locations as required.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Local market knowledge and experience in handling property enquiries will be an added advantage.
